HOMESPEC
was established in 1989 by Brad Phillips to provide complete and comprehensive
inspection services to buyers and sellers of new and existing residential and
commercial real estate. Kelly
Hankins joined HOMESPEC in 1998 and obtained his professional
inspectors license in 1999. HOMESPEC can
provide several types of inspection services including:

INSPECTIONS:

This
is an inspection of the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and any
optional systems of an existing home. This
is generally done when the home is being purchased and the information from the
inspection gives the buyer added information about the integrity of the various
components and systems of the home. This
inspection is very informative and is a good opportunity for the buyer to learn
about the care and maintenance of the various systems of the home.

INSPECTIONS:

This inspection is similar to a buyer’s
inspection and is usually done for the owner of an existing property.
The information about the house can be used as an aid in the marketing as well as disclosure information to potential buyers.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTIONS:
- This
is a comprehensive inspection process, which involves working with the owner,
builder, and sub-contractors to assist in all aspects of the building process. This service starts as early as the planning process and goes through to
the final completion of the home. This
service can be tailored to the specific needs of the client.
