I have been in the real estate inspection business since 1989 and attend continuing education classes on a regular basis. I have the highest license designation available from the Texas Real Estate Commission. I am active in the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors and served as chairman of various committees. I was named Affiliate of the Year for 1992 and 1994. I have lived in Temple for more than twenty-five years and am active in both civic and professional organizations.

I have been in the Real Estate Inspection Industry since 1998 and attend continuing education classes regularly. Licensed under the “old licensing program,” of apprenticing under a professional real estate inspector then working under indirect supervision for one year.

Following the completion of my year as an Inspector, I sat for the Professional Real Estate Inspector State Exam.
