home inspection involves a licensed professional who will make a
visual examination of the property, based on the Texas Real Estate
Commission Standard of Practice. The inspector
will check and analyze the various components in and on the
property that are visible and accessible at the time of the
inspection.

Should I Accompany the Inspector? |

It's
a good time for you to review the property and become more
familiar with it's major mechanical systems. Your inspector can
help you to obtain important information about the house and
answer many of your questions, and you'll find that the written
report will be easier to understand if you have toured the
property with the inspector.

Long Does A Home Inspection Take? |

A
thorough home inspection should take no more than 2-3 hours,
depending on the size of the property.

repaired leaks?
